Here are some frequently asked questions.

Q: How do I sign up?

Select click here or  Call 703-435-2200. Don’t forget to include your sign-up form or make sure your name, address and phone number are included with your first order, indicating that you signed up online.

Q: Where are my clothes picked up and delivered?

Home - At your front door, or another suitable weather protected location.
Office - Designated area - closet, locker, concierge.

Q: Is there a minimum order?

No. No need to wait for a bag full of dirty clothes. Any amount is fine.

Q: What do I put my clothes in?

Any kind of bag for the first pickup. When you receive your order back it will be in a 30x40 nylon bag with nametag. This will be for future drycleaning and laundry orders.

Q: Do I have to be there when the pickup and delivery is made?

No. Your route driver will pickup or deliver to your pre-determined location.

Q: When will my clothes be picked up or dropped off?

The next business day. Office Pickup-email or call by 11a.m and it will be picked up that day and delivered by 5pm the next business day. Home Pickup-email or call by 6pm and it will picked up that day and delivered back the next business day.  Households repairs and specialty items will take longer

Q: What about the holidays?

We will inform you about any schedule changes for pickup and delivery during holiday weeks.

Q: What do I do with my extra hangers?

If you would like to recycle your hangers, we will provide you with a hanger recycle caddy. When you fill it up, leave it with your order and the route driver will pick it up.

Q: What do I do about special requests?

Just leave a detailed note in your bag with your request. Please identify the specific garment along with your special instructions. By placing the garment in a separate plastic bag inside your Cleaner2U bag will help our mark-in staff.

Q: What if there is a problem when I get my clothes back?

Q: Do you do alterations?

Yes. For alterations, pin the instructions to the garment that needs alterations. Return times can vary depending on the complexity of the alteration. All garments will be cleaned unless it is brand new with tags still attached.

Q: How do I pay for the service?

Your cleaning will be charged automatically to your Amex, Visa or Mastercard.

Q: How do you keep my credit card safe?

We use the latest encryption and authentication services for all our web transactions so that your credit card information remains safe. If you prefer, just give us a call at 703-435-2200 and we can assist you via phone.
